Informative and plenty of hands on training.

We feel more confident we can do this now without killing our worms, like we did in the past.

  4. Excellent investment! 5 Star Review

Attending the workshop was educational and motivational. It has long been a goal of mine to have earthworms composting, but I have been timid in getting started. Observing the farm and touring the operations gave me more confidence. Dennis Holman was personable and pleasant, answering any and all questions with an affable manner which encouraged more questions. His presentation was informative and engaging. He also offered to answer any future questions via email, which was quite reassuring! And the kits with worms was perfect for me, as a beginner. Everything I needed to get started including wonderful live worms. The worms are beautiful and range from adults capable of reproducing to the tiniest newborn miniature plus lovely egg capsules. It has been wonderful to check them each day to see how the are growing, what they've eaten, and see the castings appear.

Dennis was great! He was very knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions. The tips and tricks he has picked up over the years will definitely save me from lots of trial and error. Dennis was very thorough with his explanations and gave a great demonstration on getting our worm bins started. If I have any problems, I won't hesitate to contact Dennis for help! Highly recommend this workshop to anyone interested in vermicomposting.

  6. Wodkshop was very helpful and informative! 5 Star Review

A friend and I attended the workshop together. We were very pleased with the material covered, Dennis's expertise, and actually seeing a vermiculture operation. I am a visual learner so seeing the worm beds and composts was great.
