Product Description

Red Wigglers are one of the most popular and versatile earthworms in the red worm family, adaptable to many environments, and primarily used in vermiculture and vermicomposting as well as fish bait & reptile food.

Our Red Wigglers (eisenia foetida) are one of the easiest of all the red worms to raise and reproduce. They need 4 simple things to do their job: Air, water, a food source and temperatures which are between 55-75 degrees fahrenheit.

Red Wigglers are simply the best all-around earthworm you can raise in captivity and can multiply up to ten fold within the first year, if a simple program is followed. We have a time tested 99.9% success rate with the reproduction of our red worms.

We teach a worm farming workshop on vermiculture & vermicomposting to serious minded composters who are ready to take their composting to another level.  We compost & recycle well over 40-tons of food waste, leaves, sawdust, woodchips and 5 different manures combined on our worm farm annually, which in turn generates close to that weight in Worm Castings and organic compost. We can teach you how to have your gardens and grow beds thriving with your own compost and vermicompost by using our systems taught here at our worm farm.

Join us today in recycling your own food waste and yard debris, keeping it out of your local landfills and reducing your carbon footprint!

I took a chance with ordering my worms in this already hot summer heat . . . and they did make it but were stressed out for sure.

With guidance from GA Wigglers, we were able to save almost every worm!! Very few didn't make it

Thanks WiggleMan for all your help!

  4. Amazing! 5 Star Review

Very great service. I was nervous at first about ordering because there was no guarantee that they would arrive live and no refunds if they came dead according to the page that I ordered from. But they're in Georgia a state over from me, the price was right and so I took a chance. From the time of ordering to the time of delivery I was kept informed every step of the way including any delays due to weather. 2lbs of worms arrived yesterday in two nice breathable bags marked fragile within a postal crate, with some feed and newspaper. The bags were tightly bound and when I opened them my worms were alive and thriving. I had gotten home late and was worried being on the front porch in chilly weather would kill them but they were in dirt and seemed happy as worms could be. I was and still am so excited I'd definitely order from Gawigglers again. Eternally grateful for the great service!

  10. Great PR & customer service provided! 4 Star Review

Posted by on 20th Oct 2016

Didn't realize these were composting worms, but happy with my purchase anyway. Were fishers and have always used red wigglers, but the ones we buy in stores around here are fattened for bait. Dennis explained that these were composting worms that can be fattened for bait, but didn't realize the whole process.
Bottom line, were satisfied customers and will buy worms again from these guys just because of their work ethics and honesty.
